Dissolution

Dissolution is the proceeding to terminate a marital relationship. This proceeding can be uncontested, with both parties using their own attorneys to prepare an agreement for the parties division of the marital assets and debts; or contested where both parties use their own attorneys to try to reach an agreement when the parties cannot agree on their own.
